Emergency Medicines for Home:
Nausea/ feeling of Vomiting/ Vomiting:
- Tablet Dexamethasone 4 mg : after food (once in a day)
- Tablet Pantoprozole 40 mg : before every meal and also every 4 hours till the symptoms stops.
- Tablet Eemeset 8 mg : before every meal and also every 4 hours till the symptoms stops.
Pain at any site in body:
- Step 1: Tablet Enzoflam mg : Repeat every 5 hours till pain subsides
- Step 2: if no response, add Tablet naproxen 250 mg : repeat every 5 hours
- Step 3: if no response, add tablet Tramadol 100 mg : repeat every 5 hours. Apply cold sponging to the site of pain (Ice bag)
Constipation / Not able to pass Latrine/ stools:
Use 10 ml castor Oil single time or Syrup Cremaffin 30 ml singel time if you think its a everyday problem, take 10 ml everyday after dinner (any of above)
Gidiiness Chakkar Vertigo:
- Make sure, neck movements are stable.
- do not shake Neck vigorously
- use neck collor/belt
- do not get up from bed or chair with jerk
- do not lift heavy objects
Step 1: Use tablet Vertin 16 mg after breakfast and after dinner x 2 days
Step 2: If no relief, see the doctor.
Weakness, fatigue, Uneasy feeling:
- First use Yoga, Breathing erercise, Meditation o regular basis
- Increase food intake (Vitamin C fruits like lemon, coriander, Pudina, Orange, Mosambi, kiwi, pineapple, papaya, capsicum)
- Eat more Dahi, milk, butteermilk, lassi.
- Tab Endace 160 mg to be taken after breakfast everyday
- Syrup Aptivate 10 ml before every meal.
- Biosella EAA sachet with water (2 sachets per day)
Loose Motions:
- Tablet Lomotil 2 mg : 2 tablets at breakfast, 2 tablets at lunch, 2 tablets at dinner.
- Tablet/sachet Vibact : 2 tablets at breakfast, 2 tablets at lunch, 2 tablets at dinner.
- Tablet Norflox TZ : 1 tablets at breakfast, 1 tablets at dinner.
- continue till problem persists.
Excessive Gas in stomach/Fullness/Boating:
- Syrup Gassex (himalaya) 10 ml before every meal
- Syrup Mucoxa 10 ml before every meal
Mouth Ulcers/Tongue Ulcers/Blisters in mouth:
- Mixx all these ( Tablet dexamethasone 4 mg + syrup Mucoxa 10 ml + Zytee gel + candid B gel + 1 spoon baking soda + 1 poon haldi ) apply in mouth 6-7 times in a day.
- Kenacort Ointment if no relief with above.
Cold and Cough:
- Tab Azithromycin 500 mg- After breakfast
- Tab Montec LC – After breakfast & After dinner
- Tab Dolo 650 mg- After breakfast & After lunch & After dinner
- Syrup Macberry XT 10 ml 1- Take before food every 5 hours till cough stops
Constipation / hard stools / difficulty in passing:
Syrup Cremaffin-
- 30 ml after food
- Repeat every 6 hours till problem persists
